In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Regional Economics and Management, St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics.
In 2008, he graduated with an M.Sc. from Bauhaus University, Weimar in Germany, majoring in construction enterprise economics.
In 2011-2014, worked at "Renewable Energy Sources and Renewable Energy Installations", a research and educational centre under the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. There, he oversaw research in the field of renewable energy economics, applied meteorology and wind energy.
Since 2014, he has been the Business Development Director at VTR Engineering, a renewable energy engineering firm. In this position, he oversees pre-investment feasibility studies for wind and solar energy facilities.
He is an expert in energy policy, ecology, sustainable development, and renewable energy. He has authored a number of research articles and publications.
