Vadim Zaitsev, an expert and research leader at Intexpertise, answered RBC questions on Russia's expanding military presence in Africa. Some of the questions were mostly on Russia's objectives in recent cooperation agreements signed, choice of countries for stronger cooperation, consequences of entering into such agreements and Russia's interests on the continent as a whole.
